The Board approved a variance of 554-square feet, allowing a lot area of 6,946 square feet for a proposed lot. Section 15.G.1., "R-7.5" Single Family District, Area Regulations requires a minimum front yard of 30-feet. The Board approved a variance of ten-feet (10'), allowing a front yard setback of 20-feet for a proposed lot.
