This letter confirms on January 13, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA22-
01 for the property addressed 309 South Main Street, legally described as Block 20, Lot 1-
2-S Y2 3 & Block 19, Lot 13, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
Repaint the north exterior wall of the building in a new paint color scheme as
follows: Sherwin Williams' #SW 2833, "Roycroft Vellum";
as per the attached photo and paint sample.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
