This letter confirms on January 20, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-02 for the property addressed 713 E. Texas Street, legally described as
Block 105, Lot 11, Historic District College Heights Addition, to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Install a new storm door on the existing front entrance door; the storm door to
have removable glass panel, which is inter -changeable with an aluminum
screen panel for seasonal use;
as per the attached photo and specifications with the condition a permit is obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit Fs / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8� 7.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
