24. Please direct all questions regarding the following comments to the Fire Department,
Randie Frisinger — Deputy Chief at 817.410.3482.
• Provide address sign that is readily viewable (day or night) from the road approaching the
building. We will comply.
• Fire lane radius on the southwest drive needs to be 30' inside radius on both sides that
intersects the adjacent properties fire lane. We will comply.
• Please clarify whether the fire pump house will be housed within the storage building.
The utility plans do not reflect a water line connection to the storage building. The pump
room will be housed in the Pump Room enclosure. There will not be any storage space.
• Provide a clear access path for the fire hose to the FDC. Car parking appears to block the
access for the fire hose. Suggest a remote FDC or provide a path for the fire hose to the
FDC. We will comply.
Sincerely,
Patra Philips
