BACKGROUND INFORMATION Conditional use request CU05-26 was approved at the June 21, 2005 Council meeting and allowed for the addition of two separate office projects within the planned office center that was originally approved in concept at Council's February 17, 2004 meeting. With this request the applicant intends to locate two entry wall features that will also contain the subdivision signage for the office center as you enter the site from -Business 114/Texan Trail. Until such review and approval of the SPRC, we understand that the work being done on the south entry wall is not under an approved permit and we will agree to work closely with the City to work out any changes which may or may not be required.
