TRIPLETT, JR., PLANNER II DATE: JUNE 28, 2006 SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST CU06-22, LOT 1R, BLOCK A, TIGUE GRAPEVINE ADDITION MANEWNEfflam Staff recommends the Site Plan Review Committee consider the proposed changes to Conditional Use Request CU98-66 (Ord. 98-152) approved at the December 15, 1998 meeting for a planned commercial center with new and used automotive sales and service, specifically to add a detached car wash/detail center and take any other action necessary. Gonaitional Use Request GU98-66 was approved at the hearing and amended the previously approved site plan foi providing for two shade structures located on the north si Service building. The original conditional use request (Westway Toyota) was considered and approved by Cou meeting (CU96-20). The Site Plan Review Committee at allowed an addition to the site (CU03-22) consisting of tv located immediately to the north of the existing Used Car the masonry requirement and parking was provided for substituting display parking with staff parking.
