Dear Connie,
The scope of work to be done changed from original permit request, dated 11 -07 -11 to revised permit issued 11- 17 -11.
Actual work preformed consisted of adding approximately 40sq.ft. of drive to SW corner of drive and topping existing
retaining
wall with approximately 60' ft. of curb to stop water from running on neighbors drive.
When I requested a final inspection a building official in your office said no inspection would be required, as there was
no work
preformed on public property or in any easement.

Dear Contractor,
This is a reminder that your company has an outstanding permit with the City of Grapevine
The attached permit was issued November 2011 & has not been called in for inspection.
If this work has been completed, please call & schedule for inspection. 817 - 410 -3010. Your permit is only good for 180 days.
Once permit expires, your company will not be allowed to pull any further permits until expired permits have been resolved.
If this job was canceled provide letter stating that it was canceled and never completed.
