Actual work preformed consisted of adding approximately 40sq.ft. of drive to SW corner of drive and topping existing retaining wall with approximately 60' ft. of curb to stop water from running on neighbors drive. When I requested a final inspection a building official in your office said no inspection would be required, as there was no work preformed on public property or in any easement. If this work has been completed, please call & schedule for inspection. 817 - 410 -3010. Your permit is only good for 180 days. Once permit expires, your company will not be allowed to pull any further permits until expired permits have been resolved.
