local government to seek competitive bids for the purchase of goods or services.
TCPN has an established contract under contract number R4955 with Core Construction for
job order contracting for electrical service installations and equipment. The current contract will
expire on March 31, 2015.
The water plant currently has a transformer and breaker panel located in the basement which
was originally installed without protection from water or the damp environment. As a result of
the environment, the breaker panel and transformer have become damaged and in need of
repair because of safety issues. The existing breaker panel will be removed and replaced with
a NEMA 4X box for connections and the breaker panel and transformer will be relocated to a
more suitable environment from the basement to main level with the existing electrical panels.
