This permit was issued to J & J Pools, Inc. To date the work has still not had a final inspection. Please be advised that the ordinance adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to be inspected. There are also electrical and plumbing permits that require a final inspection. Equipment installation or construction work that does not comply with codes and ordinances can cause damage, injury, and death. Our inspectors look closely to ensure that all codes are met and the installation is safe to the best of their knowledge. Until such time as we issue an inspection approval for your work, we cannot confirm that there are no safety violations. There was a final inspection called in at one time, the gates were locked and he was unable to complete the request. We tried contacting the contractor to reschedule a final Building Inspection at this address. However, to date we have not been able to do so. We are writing to you in hopes that you will allow the inspector to come out and see if we can get this finaled out.
