The sign submitted for the permit is thirty two square feet. The site plan showing the sign location shall be legible showing all easements, sign location, setback of sign from the property line and from the easement lines. Provide site plan showing sign minimum 25' from front property line and label distance of sign from 120 feet drainage easement on the lot. Vicki Hecko, the permit staff tried few times to reach you and she also emailed you a real estate affidavit form. Please submit real estate form as required for real estate sign.
