This letter confirms on February 18, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff #CA22-07 for the
property addressed 814 East Wall Street, legally described as Block 2, Lot 2, D. E. Box
Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix
G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repaint house in new paint colors as follows:
a. Repaint Body of the House: Sherwin Williams' #7070, "Site White", -
as per the attached color sample and photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is tis not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.4 165 for fees and information regarding permits.
