CALL TO ORDER: 5:45 p.m. — Planning and Zoning Conference Room
1. Roll Call
BRIEFING SESSION
2. Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding meeting procedures and the
role, rules, and responsibilities of the Board of Adjustment. The Board of
Adjustment may convene into Executive Session, pursuant to Section 551.071 of
the Texas Government Code, to consult with its attorneys and obtain advice.
3. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a briefing session to discuss items
scheduled to be heard in the January 3, 2022 public hearing.

CITIZEN COMMENTS
6. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Commission
under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item bycompleting a Citizen
Appearance Request form with the staff. A member of the public may address
the Commission regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the
Commission's consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chairman
or upon the consent of the Commission. In accordance with the Texas Open
Meetings Act, the Commission is restricted in discussing or taking action during
Citizen Comments.
7. Administration of Oath to all person's providing testimony or other evidence.

8. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of
Zoning Adjustment Case BZA22-01 submitted by Benjamin Alicea for property
located at 2825 Roundup Trail and consideration of same.
9. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of
Zoning Adjustment Case BZA22-02 submitted by Cason Hicks for property
located at 4336 Woodglen Drive and consideration of same.
10. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a public hearing relative to Board of
Zoning Adjustment Case BZA22-03 submitted by Ryan Schwanbeck for property
located at 1617 Silverside Drive and consideration of same.
11. Board of Zoning Adjustment to consider the minutes of the December 6, 2021
meeting and take any necessary action.

In accordance with the Open Meetings Law, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551,
