Also present were City Council Representatives, Sharron Rogers and Leon Leal, and the following City Staff: Matthew C.G. Boyle City Attorney Erica Marohnic Planning Services Director Albert Triplett, Jr. Planner II ---Natasha-Gale PI—arcing Technician CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M,.— fanning and Zoning Conference.Room Chairman Johnson called the training session of the Board of Zoning Adjustment to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. 1. City Attorney Matthew Boyle and Planning Director Erica Marohnic gave a presentations on legal aspects, rules, zoning regulations and procedures of the Board of Zoning Adjustment and answered questions from the Board. MEETING ADJOURNMENT: 7:20 P.M. Chairman Johnson adjourned the meeting at 7:20 P. M.
