17. Plumbing and exhaust vent terminations shall be in accord with 2006 IPC sec
904 and 2006 IMC sec 802.
18.All mechanical equipment are required to be screened from view in accord with
zoning code sec 25.M.2.
19. Work hours in the city are from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and no
work is permitted on Sunday. Site specific construction hours will be provided at
the pre -construction meeting.
20.All projects receiving approval from City Council for CUP must go back for re -
approval should exterior changes in the projects occur, such as:
(a) Exterior materials
(b) Wall locations
(c) Traffic direction
(d) Landscaping
(e) Etc.
Allow 42 — 83 days for the re -approval process.
21. Emergency circuit wiring shall be in accord with 2005 NEC art 700 (II) and art
700.12.
22.GFC1 outlets shall be in accord with 2005 NEC art 210.8(B).
23.Outlets serving patient care areas shall be in accord with 2005 NEC art 517.13.
24. Exterior signage is by separate permit application/approval and shall be in accord
with zoning code sec 60.

GENERAL COMMENTS:
1. COORDINATE ALL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM PLANS, APPROVALS AND INSPECTIONS
WITH THE FIRE MARSHAL BRYAN PARKER AT 817-410-4420.
2. ALL EGRESS DOORS ARE TO BE OPENABLE FROM DIRECTION OF EGRESS
WITHOUT THE USE OF KEY, SPECIAL EFFORT OR KNOWLEDGE. PROVIDE
HARDWARE INFORMATION ON COMMENTS FOR DOOR SCHEDULE.
3. MANUALLY OPERATED FLUSH BOLTS OR SURFACE BOLTS ARE NOT
PERMITTED.
4. THE PROJECT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO COMPLY WITH THE 2015 IECC.
VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY BY A
CERTIFIED ENERGY CODE INSPECTOR PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF
BUILDING FINAL APPROVAL OR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5. ALL CHANGES FROM THE CITY APPROVED PLANS WILL REQUIRE REVISED

review for the above referenced address. Our records indicate that your permit
has never been issued. Your company was notified by email on July 22, 2021
the city plans examiner of additional information needed for review.
Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of
whether or not an application has been made. Additionally, failure to obtain your
