On Mav 20, 2021 a building permit application was submitted to this office for
review for the above referenced address. Our records indicate that your permit
has never been issued. Your company was notified on May 21, 2021 and again
on June 14, 2021 by the city plans examiner of additional information needed for
review.
Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of
whether or not an application has been made. Additionally, failure to obtain your
