This letter confirms that on March 28, 2007, the Historic Preservation Commission
approved CA07-17 for property addressed at 418 & 420 South Main Street, legally
described as the block 3, lot 10 & 11, City of Grapevine. The following was approved on
this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Addition of a new outdoor dining area in the rear yard of the building at 418
South Main Street as per approved plans.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit is 1 is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817-410-3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
A copy of the meeting minutes will be available after the Chair of the Historic Preservation
Commission has signed it at their next regularly scheduled meeting. If you need a copy
for your records, please contact the Historic Preservation Department at 817-410-3585
after the next regular meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission.
