This letter confirms on April 12, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA22-20 for
the property addressed 326 South Main Street, legally described as Block 2, Lot 11, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repaint exterior rear wall of building in a new paint color scheme as follows:
Rear Wall — Light gray, no color change;
Back Doors - Sherwin Williams' #SW 2863, "Powder Blue";
Door Jam and Windows — Sherwin Williams' #SW 2849, "Westchester Gray";
as per the photo and attached color swatches.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
