This drive approach curve may not extend in front of someone else's property. - There are landscape type islands shown in the parking lot on all levels. This is a parking garage and landscape islands will not work in this type of garage. - The driveway approach off Lancaster Dr. has a difficult radius, turning right, from the exit ramp from top level of the garage. What is this radius? Also, there is a monument sign shown that might be within the sight distance triangle for this driveway. - The proposed fire lane will actually pass through the parking garage and under a pedestrian bridge. Verify adequate height clearance for all emergency vehicles. Please contact Michael Keefer, the Fire Marshall, to find out the requirements. - What are the slopes for the ramps to the upper and lower floors of the parking garage? What about gradient changes?
