Dear Mr. Klempin,
This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP07-07, located at 627 South
Church Street and platted as the south 149 feet of Lot 6, Block 14, City of Grapevine Addition
was approved March 4, 2008.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two approved
sets to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only be
approved by city council through the public hearing process.
