If after said period of four months an application has not been scheduled before the Commission and Council said application shall be considered withdrawn, with forfeiture of all filing fees. The application, along with the required filing fee may be resubmitted any time thereafter for reconsideration. Delays in scheduling applications before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council created by city staff shall not be considered a part of the four month period. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The subject site was approved at the June 16, 1998 meeting for a 1,385 square foot drive-in restaurant, CU98-30 (Ord. 98-81). A new monument sign with 50% changeable copy was approved at the March 2, 1999 meeting (CU99-04). With this request the applicant proposes to revise the exterior elevations by adding arches to the roof and front elevation of the main building along with new canopies for the vehicle drive-in parking areas. Please provide an illumination plan in order to identify the total lighting level at the property line. The proposed sign, existing parking lot lighting ° the proposed accent lighting of the architectural building features must not exceed 3.0 footcandles at the property line. 10. The two signs which are attached to the arched tower feature on the roof as shown on the right and left building elevations may need to be adjusted based upon the maximum amount of wall sign permitted within the Highway Commercial zoning district.
