In the rear yard of the house, construct a new concrete pad extension to the existing patio, 15' x 25' in size; 2. Construct a new wood pergola 12' x 16' in size over the new patio, attached to the house and supported on new wood posts; pergola to be painted white; 3. Install an above ground spa unit on the patio; 4. Install a new metal fence, 5 feet high with a metal access gate at driveway; fence to be located between the house and the existing wood fence, along the driveway; fence to be painted black; as per the attached site plan, photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
