This letter confirms on April 28, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-17 for the property addressed 120 South Main Street, legally described as
Block A, Lot Al, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
Install 2 new aluminum signs for new tenant "Heaven on Main Spa" as follows:
a. 1 Projecting Sign with a 1" metal frame, 36" x 36" in size, with non -vinyl graphics
applied to 2 Aluminum panels;
b. Install 1 wall mounted 1.5" deep aluminum pan face aluminum sign, with non -
vinyl graphics applied;
as per the attached plans, photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit J ,/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
