This letter confirms on April 28, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-22 for the property addressed 625 West College Street, legally described
as Westchester Place Office Condo, Lot B & 25.76% of Common Area, City of Grapevine to
the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install new lettering for tenant on the existing Monument Sign in the front yard of the
building; lettering to be 61.5" wide x 3" high;
2. Install a new tenant wall sign in the gable on the front of the building facing the street
72" wide x 30" high;
as per the attached plans, photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Ce 'ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8 .410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
