Future plan submittals are subject to further review and therefore may result in additional comments. The applicant will need to complete the following: Site Plan: • The parking layout in the two plans that were submitted differs. The applicant should clarify the proposed parking layout. • Drive aisles need to be a minimum of 24 feet. The drive aisles shown on the plans range from 14 feet to 19 feet. • A combination of parallel and head -end parking results in poor circulation. The parallel parking spaces need to be removed. • On one of the plans, the disabled parking space is aligned with the driveway. The owner wishes to lease the building for the sale and maintenance of golf carts. All work will be performed within the building although there will most likely be limited storage of carts behind the building. It is anticipated that there will be no more than three owner/employees and three to four customers at the store at any one time. Although the onsite maneuvering of vehicles is very tight it can be done as drawn. Two oak trees are shown in the Right of Way since this is the only place to plant a tree. A small planting of Bufford holly at the street is possible, as is ivy along the east side of the building, and existing plants in the front planter will be maintained. Hand watering is adequate. No change of zoning is required. Conditional Use Permit is required. The lot is not plated but described by metes and bounds. 5 2 Loz d38Wf1N 80r N C O Q- 0 0 C 7 rn  3 O O _i w U N 0 a c c 0 O cD  _0 Cn c 0 O ZU) a O Q  L U O N (n N U 0 C  O O U J +, O a Q O N  L OO ~ E 0-- C: O C U) 0 In C 0 O x 0 T V C 7 0 O U c N 0 CID F- Lo/9z/z S a_ 0 a U Y O V O N W - w U w 0o > U) _0v of O OV 0 _0 O + U N cr O m Z N 0 Z QQ Z Z C O N T O C O W O M _a 00 L -C 0 0 O C 0 U U 00 0 N p V th C \ O N LLI W (7 Ld V) D Q CD Car O c O Z T w U N Z _0 Ln _ N Q C O A p C3 fl a 0 Ln 0- O U 3 U L6 (n U (31O L  U 0 D O _ = L o 0 0 -O iT- a °' 0 L0 0N OU 0 h 4 _0 vi V) <m " m W) O V) _ 0 x 4 p 0 O m C ` Z5 O N W O O O N C 1- N Lf) O L CU C Q) - cn 00 00 4- m Cv C ~I 0 — c 0 L p O Q 3 w a d F O U Z O C 3 Z m c O N 0 (U N C" C (n E L O _0 (U 0 C 0 U L •C to _0 0 U) N v+' N CU) :3 W W O C_ O O r W L pj U) Q (n N OU (n U) L _ o 0 O a O O 0 O . c m O O 04- O C v- a 00 O c c c= c c 0 E Eu EO rn 0 O O p N O O 0 N \Umw Z Ul 0)0 U)z N O N N O Z L 1 01) 00 O Cn = O W C) 0c) 00 O 00  O m ( O (n O Z a) Z N (n LL- Li Z O C) U LLJ LLI w O Z E U O U O U Li -c Z 0 Z U Z L ZU 3' D W --' W W W Q W- 0 =(n = O == J C m 0> F- _0 F- H .- H W a NVd :11 IS rn w U Q U) 0 z 0 0 ow oa w W Qz 4 " z cin (n n U - 'L  a W 0 w o 5 O 0 W 0 In d N U N w 0 W N m o a J J r lri a o N n M M m M u 0 nN W c0 W IL v M Ml V p 6 N Ol c0 O N v U O oLZ LL: n: a (n N a  L ao a 'Cr r y2 <n 04 w w r to O O r wo r ¢U m`Ooo AoLLi ocovcoUn041 ik:II) O M N m N N N N n Q Q Iain En a 0 0 a ooa a $LeQ w w W Q \ZO= Q (Wj W U (n O SO O ¢ a a a o F z Q N_ cn U O Q O w r }} Z Z W a p W Qr NZ Kit` O OZ 0=0yU V) (n prWui¢Zr 1.
