Please add the following note to the dimensional control plan. • The Board of Zoning Adjustment on December 3, 2012 approved a special exception on the subject site to allow the site to remain as developed along with the addition of a monument sign as shown on the site plan. 5. Please cloud the two new parking areas. Landscape Plan 1. Please list the total area of landscaping and the number of trees provided on the subject site. Sign Elevation and Photometric 1. Please add the following note. • The light level for the monument sign will not exceed 3.0 footcandles at the property line. Building Elevations 1. Please provide a graphic and numeric scale. Please label the materials including the calculation of the percentage masonry of the entire structure excluding doors and windows. 2.
