Box 95104 Grapevine,Texas 76099 Re: Signage Ordinance Amendment Proposal Dear Tommy, I would like to revise my initial proposal that I submitted to you earlier. I identified six(6)areas of concerns for me. I would now like to focus on three(3)areas of the Signage Ordinance in Grapevine. Boulevard Banners: I would ask that the City of Grapevine allow the banners 2'x 5' to be displgyed on a permanent basis. The enclosed exhibit depicts a banner that is small tasteful and visually appealing Maintenance of these signs will be a priority for our on-site staff. Portable Sandwich Board: I would like to respectfully retract our request to use a portable sandwich board at our property. (Banners: I would ask that the City of Grapevine allow for display of banners on buildings for a period of 30 days per quarter. Bandit Signs: I would ask that the City of Grapevine allow the placement and display of bandit signs for a period of 12 months followingthe he issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the first residential building I would respectfully reduce my request for a larger sign and keep to the City improved sizing I would like to be able to place the signs out along*2499 from Friday of each week-until the end of the day on Sunday. bff-Premise Signs: I would like to respectfully retract our request to use off-premise signs. Monument Signage: I would ask that the City of Grapevine allow an overall increase in the face footage of each side to 100sf This size increase is critical to establishing our presence in the market place similar to a Commercial business.
