USE CU05-03 WOODLAND OFFICE BUILDING RECOMMENDATION: Staff has received a request from Mr. Atlee Kohl, Three Sixty Horizon LP, requesting a one-year extension to their previously approved Conditional Use Permit to allow for an owner or caretaker residence within a professional office building. Staff recommends the City Council consider a one-year extension of this conditional use permit. BACKGROUND INFORMATION Conditional Use Request CU05-03 was originally considered and approved at the February 15, 2005 joint public hearing. Our current conditional use permit was approved by the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission on February 15,2005. We are preparing design and construction documents for the construction of the facility, but won't be in a position to obtain a building permit by the expiration date of the current conditional use permit. It is our understanding that the City Council will be meeting in January, prior to the expiration date of this conditional use permit. Therefore, we request that a one-year extension be granted and approved at that time,without notice or hearing. We are confident that we will be ready to submit for a building permit in the very near future, prior to expiration of the extended permit period. Please consider this as our formal written application.
