IV. WATER SYSTEM:
❑ The existing water supply system bordering the subject site is adequate to
serve the development.

to serve the development. Additional off site water system improvements will
be necessary to serve the site.
® An existing 16" waterline borders the site on the east side. However, an
engineering study will be required to determine if the high rise towers can be
served with adequate flow and pressure from the existing system. Any
modifications to the system will be at the cost of the developer.
V. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM:
❑ The existing sanitary sewer collection system bordering the subject site is
adequate to serve the development.
❑ There is not an existing sanitary sewer collection system bordering the
subject site.
® An existing 8" wastewater line is available to serve the site at the north
boundary. However, an engineering study will be required to determine if the
density of the high rise towers can be adequately served with this existing

A. The City has determined that the right-of-way and easements required to be
dedicated for streets, utilities, drainage, access, sidewalks and other
municipal needs and services are consistent with the City's ordinances and
master plan, are reasonable and are connected to the proposed project in
the following manner:
