GENERAL: • The applicant, Mr. Craig Nedderman, is platting this 10.58 acre site to build four high rise condominiums. II. However, an engineering study will be required to determine if the high rise towers can be served with adequate flow and pressure from the existing system. Any modifications to the system will be at the cost of the developer. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM: ❑ The existing sanitary sewer collection system bordering the subject site is adequate to serve the development. ❑ There is not an existing sanitary sewer collection system bordering the subject site. Z An existing 8" wastewater line is available to serve the site at the north boundary. However, an engineering study will be required to determine if the density of the high rise towers can be adequately served with this existing line.
