This letter confirms on July 18, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -58 for the property addressed 316 South Main Street, legally
known as Block 1 Lot 18, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) to replace the wall sign above the front entry with new
24" x 240" wood sign with painted letters to read "MAIN ST. BREAD
BAKING CO ";
2) recover the current awning over front entry with flame resistant fabric
Firesist 82000 in color Regatta Blue to read "BOULANGERIE"
per the attached drawings and permits are required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit eD is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
