This letter confirms on May 15, 2022 the Historic Preservation Commission improved with
conditions #CA22-24 for the property addressed 221 Austin Street, legally described as
Block 103, Lot 1 R, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct a 3 foot tall cedar picket fence with 50% open visibility; fence to be
approximately 87 feet in length; with a single gate access point at the driveway, -
as per the attached plans, with the conditions a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certifjcate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3166 for fees and information regarding permits.
