This letter confirms on July 7, 2015, Historic Preservation staff approved
#CA15-50 for the property addressed 616 South Main Street, legally known as
Block: 14 Lot: N50'S1111, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) to a replace wall signage over entry with lettering to read "GIFTS -
TREASURE TRAIL - ANTIQUES" at 24' 1 3/4' wide and lettering 10 —14"
high;
2) replace the existing panels in pole sign, north and south facing, to read
"TREASURE TRAIL GIFTS & ANTIQUES", 8' wide by 5' high; and
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit(s) is required from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit (a)/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
