SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU11 -23, TOWERS OF
GRAPEVINE
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to table Conditional Use Application CU11 -23 to the September 20,
2011 meeting and take any other necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The applicant, Mr. John Evans has submitted a conditional use application for property
addressed at 1301 and 1401 William D. Tate Avenue specifically to amend a previously
approved plan for a multi- tenant retail building and a restaurant with drive - through service.
The applicant is requesting to table the request to the September 20, 2011 meeting in
order to revise plans for the drive- through restaurant than could not be made prior to the
public hearing. See the attached letter.

RE: Public Hearing to consider application submitted by Bail Street Joint Venture for
property located at 1281, 1283,1301 and 1401 William D. Tate, Grapevine, Texas
Dear iron:
As we discussed, we would like to postpone the above referenced hearing and reschedule for
the September meeting. This delay is needed due to some changes relating to the drive -thru on
the property. Please let me know if this is acceptable. Thanks for your assistance In this
matter.
