Hereinafter designated the Plans and Specifications, and whereas, the Contractor, having carefully examined the plans and specifications, and having visited
and examined the site and assuming all risks therefrom, desires to contract the job or a portion of the job.
It is agreed between the Management Group and Contractor in consideration of the subcontract amount as follows:
Article 1- The Contractor contracts from the Management Group that portion of the job, hereinafter designated the Contractors Work, to -wit:
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, permits, insurance as required to perform the work described in proposal dated 4/7/2014.

1. Remove existing multi layer roof system to wood deck and areas of
tapered insulation panels.
2. Inspect existing deck and wood fiber tapered insulation panels for water
damage or deterioration, replace at the additional rate of $1.70 (One
Dollar and Seventy Cents) per square foot. Subject to owners on site
inspection and approval by written change order.
3. Over wood deck install 1 -layer of 1,.�"-inch insulation panels mechanically
fasten to deck.
4. Over insulation panels install CertainTeed fiberglass base ply
mechanically fasten through insulation panels and into wood deck.
5. Over base layer install CertainTeed type 6 -premium fiberglass interplies
as per Manufactures 20 -Year Warranty specification, solid mopped in ASTM
approved hot type 3 -asphalt.
6. Over fiberglass interply install CertainTeed granule surface modified
bitumen field roof sheet solid mopped in ASTM approved hot type 3
asphalt. Field roof color to be White conforming to Cool Roof Rating
Specifications of Solar reflectance of .070 and thermal emettance of
0.75.
7. At all plumbing vent locations install new lead vent assemblies, prime
and flash with modified bitumen base flashing.
8. At all metal roof vent locations install new 26-guage metal vent units,
prime and flash with modified bitumen base flashing.
Woodridge
Grapevine Perferred Remainder of proposal attached.
Gutters and downspouts will be replaced due to condition.
Contractor is responsible for the legal disposal of all debris, trash, rubbish, and all other materials developed by this project without using the Facility's
dumpster.
General Conditions attached to this contract per PCPMG.
