This letter confirms on July 29, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -65 for the property addressed 708 East Texas Street, legally
known as Block 107 Lot 9, College Heights Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Wood fence all with dog ear:
1) 35 linear feet at 6' high across (west elevation) front of south side yard;
2) 50 linear feet at 8' high down sideyard from front to rear property line;
3) 80 linear feet at 8' high continued across rear (east) property line
per the attached drawings and permits are required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department a 817 -410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
