This letter confirms on July 7, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-32 for the property addressed 419 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 18 N '/Z 2-S23'3, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance
91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install new tenant wall sign: Buzzed Bull, 96" W x 36" H, Non -vinyl;
2. Install new tenant projecting sign: Buzzed Bull, 42" W x 36" H, Non -vinyl;
as per the attached plans, photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Cert' icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8.410.3165 for fees and information g
