This letter confirms on July 15, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-42 for the property addressed 313 West Wall Street suite #100 & #200,
legally described as Block 2, Lot B 27.70% Common Area, Wall Street Office Park, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install a new iron fence 3' high in the front yard of the building with an 3' high iron
access gate;
as per the attached plans and specifications with the condition a site plan is approved by
planning services and a permit is obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certgicate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is] is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
