This letter confirms on July 31, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -66 for the property addressed 625 East Texas Street, legally
known as Block 105 Lot 6 & 7, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Change previous presented plans to:
1) garage location to be moved five foot in to rear yard to allow for a 20'
turnaround on the 15' wide driveway down sideyard;
2) on right side elevation, move garage door opening toward the center of
wall
per the attached drawings and permits are required from the Building Department.
An approved Certifica of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 17-410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
