This letter confirms on July 31, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -68 for the property addressed 404 South Main Street, legally
known as Block 3 Lot 1, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
To hang a temporary banner 36" x 72" promoting and advertising contractor
Integrity Roofing Company
per the attached drawings and a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit (-'isy is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department a 17-410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
