Piease see the attached letter. /at � O:l?CUiCU09�U.4wd � 09/03/09 4:04 PM • BAN " heWEST September 2, 2009 Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council City of Grapevine PO Box 95104 Grapevine, TX 76051 Re: CU09-20 - Bank of the West Please consider this letter my request to withdraw conditional use permit application CU09-20, for a planned office center and the conversion of the temporary building to a permanent building. We will however, reapply for a conditional use request to ask for an extension of the temporary building for three years, to expire on October 20, 2012. With this request, we ask that you waive the filing fees for the new conditional use permit application. The upcoming request, if approved, will give the bank time in the short term to use the building for a use we select and also gives the economy time to recover so that we have the opportunity to sell the property to a developer who would then work with the city to develop the property in concert with the City's vision for the north end of Main Street.
