The process has become way more than is necessary in my opinion, and I do not have time to keep changing things on the plans that were requested to be on the plans in the pre-application meeting. The required steps and necessary documents were NOT clearly specified in the initial meeting, and it seems that building and site plan committees need to get on the same page. I would like to request our that the payment we made for $300 be refunded to us. Please let me know the process in which to get this done.
