The City of Grapevine requested $19,800.00 for 198 total caliper inches that were measured by their crew. Liberty Demolition requested back up information on how these measurements were taken to provide the owner with back up information. Due to the delays Liberty Demolition has experienced through the Permitting process, we sent a crew to provide measurements and back up documentation for the owner, to expedite the process. Liberty’s field crew measured all 9 trees that are to demo and measured a total of 82 caliper inches. Please see the attached drawings showing locations and measurements.               Suggestion: Liberty would like for the City of Grapevine to send another crew to make sure we are measuring the correct trees with an owner’s representative to ensure accuracy of the measurements. If you are not replacing trees, you will need to pay into the City’s tree fund. I have included the previously approved site plan to this email for your convenience.
