This letter confirms on July 30, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -63 for the property addressed 520 South Main Street, legally
known as Block 4 Lot 2 & 3B, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
in reference to Historic Preservation Commission #CA13 -52, the commission
agreed for this sign to have the street address added and to be resubmitted
for a staff approval with the revised drawings on this #CA13 -63
per the attached drawings and permits are required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department a for information regarding permits.
