We are submitting a package today which will revise the existing CU09 -44, Ordinance
2009 -58, by the addition of a new free standing Lincoln Ford dealership of +/- 9,000 S.F.
on the same 11.83 ac. site. We are also requesting to replace one approved monument
sign with a "Lincoln" pole sign along the frontage road.
There is no substantial harm to the value, use, or enjoyment of other property in the
neighborhood as there are many car dealerships along this stretch of highway. This
project will add value in the neighborhood by giving the customers more products to
choose from in the same area.
Sincerely,
Jeff Carroll
