Exterior changes to the house: a. On the west side of the house, remove and relocate three existing metal clad wood windows and install one new window as indicated on the new west elevation; b. On the south side of the house remove the existing French door and install two new metal clad wood windows in the master bedroom; c. On the south side of the house remove the small existing window and rear entrance door and relocate the entrance door toward the west; 2. Interior changes to the floor plan of the house, within the original foot print: a. Reconfigure interior of house including relocation of kitchen and laundry areas; b. Reconstruct the interior hallway and existing bath; c. Construct a new master bathroom and closet space; as per the attached plans and window specification schedule with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is I is not required.
