This letter confirms on August 02, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -69 for the property addressed 624 South Main Street, legally
known as Block 14 S4651, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to hang a 60" wide x 40.5" high black steel sign on the rear service area wall
with painted letters in white to read "Giddens GALLERY OF FINE ART" per the
attached drawing and a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
