conditions #CA13 -70 for the property addressed 340 South Main Street, legally
known as Block 2 Lot 6C2, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to hang a 72" wide x 24" high white vinyl temporary banner with black lettering
to read "GRAPEVINE OLIVE OIL COMPANY" over entry per the attached
drawing; a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit his / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
