HISTORY OF TRACT AND SURROUNDING AREA: The subject and surrounding property were rezoned in the 1984 City Rezoning from 1-1 ", Light Industrial to "HCO", Hotel/Corporate Office and "PID", Planned Industrial Development. Conditional Use Request CU01-51 and Special Use Request SU01- 07 was approved by Council at their October 16, 2001 meeting which allowed for a restaurant (Chuck -E -Cheese) with video games in excess of eight machines in the outparcel area of the Grapevine Mills Mall. A subsequent minor -revision to the site plan for Neiman Marcus relative to the location of a power generator and landscape island was approved by the Site Plan Review Committee at their September 26, -2001 meting.
