Page five of the second attachment is another example of a the type of site plan/floor plan the Council is accustomed to. The site / landscape plan must a be a clear drawing of the subject site absent any unnecessary text. A couple of options may be to contact the Landes and Associates to find out if they can provide a digital version of the site or have Mr. Hutch prepare a site plan based upon the survey.
