A zone change request (Z01-17) to rezone the property from "HC" Highway Commercial District to "CC" Community Commercial District and a conditional use request (CU01-67) to allow for temporary used car sales for Nissan automobile new and used car dealership was withdrawn by the applicant. A conditional use permit (CU04-17) for a 30 -foot pole sign was approved on this site at the May 18, 2004 meeting. The property to the east was rezoned from "C-1" Community Business to "PO" Professional Office District in the 1984 Citywide Rezoning. Zoning Change Request Z95-16 approved the rezoning of this property to "HC" Highway Commercial District from "PO" Professional Office District.
